Your boundaries

Have a think about what might constitute your boundaries being invaded. We can often pinpoint this by how we feel - maybe small, belittled, angry, frustrated, sad, disappointed. We can sometimes feel voiceless in these moments and this further adds to our negative feelings, often toward ourselves. Our inner soul wants to speak up but we don’t know how. Part of the journey of Intuitive Eating is learning HOW to speak up when your boundaries have been invaded regarding food, eating & your body. It’s amazing the ways in which your soul thanks you and feels alive when you learn how to do this.
