Yoghurt with nuts/seeds & fruit!

Pour around a cup of yoghurt into a bowl, sprinkle with *LSA (not necessary), nuts and seeds and some fruit (I had kiwi-fruit!).
*LSA stands for Linseeds, Sunflower seeds and Almonds. It is a mixture of these 3 nuts/seeds ground down. It's a good source of omega-fatty acids, protein, dietary fibre, vitamin E, thiamin, magnesium, phosphorous, copper and manganese. It's not necessary but I always tend to have some in my pantry and pop it on cereal or yoghurt.
Nuts/seed/fruit mix and LSA mix I buy from ALDI.
