- ¼ teaspoon turmeric (or any desired amount)
- Honey to taste
- Small amount boiled water
- 1 cup milk
- Chilli flakes (if desired)
Place the turmeric and honey in a cup. Add a small amount of chilli flakes if desired. Pour a small amount of boiled water into the bottom of the cup and stir well. Pour in 1 cup of milk & stir. Place in microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute. Enjoy!
