- Wholemeal pasta
- 1 salmon portion
- Minced garlic
- Lemon Juice
- Extra virgin olive oil
Spiral the zucchini to make zoodles (you can buy a spiralizer from Kmart/Target for cheap!).
Transfer the zoodles from the spiralizer to a frypan with some minced garlic in it to lightly soften the noodles.
Boil the pasta as normal in a pot of water.
Place zoodles and pasta in a serving bowl together once both cooked.
Bake or fry a portion of salmon and place in bowl and mix everything in all together with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, capers and some pepper!
