Intention behind behaviour
It is our behaviours that make us healthy rather than the achievement of a particular weight. And a very important factor to be mindful of is the INTENTION behind the behaviour. Where’s it coming from? A positive place, or a place of negativity/fear? These are really important questions to reflect on when moving toward behaviour change as they can predict the sustainability.
