When we stop eating carbs (or too little of an amount, either intentionally or unintentionally), we will crave them.
This is your body (& brain) telling you what it needs.
Basically: Don’t cut out carbs.
There’s a very real biochemical & physiological (and while we’re here, psychological) reason why your body (& brain) need good old trusty CARBS.
