ASPARAGUS

Ingredients:

- 1 bunch of asparagus

- Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

- Crumbled feta

- Pine nuts

- Squeeze of lemon juice


Recipe:

All in the oven for 15 mins, but you can chargrill them & chuck all of this (& any flavours) over the top after. Enjoy as a side to any dish or as a snack.
