• Payment is taken at the end of appointment times (if not already processed through the self booking and payment portal prior to the appointment). Services may be paid with credit card, relevant insurances and any relevant Government schemes (for example DVA and Medicare). See rebates section of website for more information on this.

  • For appointments within the Clinic, relevant Private Health or Medicare rebates will be instantly rebated back to the client post payment. For appointments conducted within the home or online/virtual, there may be some layover time to receive your Private Health or Medicare rebate. You will also be responsible for organising your rebate back through your Private Health Fund for a session not conducted within the Clinic.

  • An appointment time has been set aside for you. We ask that you please kindly provide 24 business hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment time. Cancellation or re-scheduling less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of 50% of original consultation service. Of course there are circumstances which arise unforeseen, where this may not be possible, whereby we are happy to make exceptions at these times.

  • Appointments start on time. If you arrive late, the session will end at the allocated conclusion time so please arrive on time so we can get the most out of our time together!
